The petitioner seeks bail in Excise Case No.241 of 2018 registered under Sections 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that 117 liters country made liquor is alleged to have been recovered in front of shop of the petitioner. The recovery cannot be said to have been made from conscious possession of the petitioner and for that, petitioner is in jail since 26.10.2018. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/-(Rupees Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 2nd Additional
