2. The instant application for regular bail has been filed by the petitioner in connection with Jhajha P.S. Case No. 18 of 2019 instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 427, 302, 120B of the IPC, Section 27 of the Arms Act and Sections 3⁄4 of the Explosive Substance Act.

3. Earlier the application for regular bail of the petitioner was twice rejected vide order dated 04.12.2019/22.11.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 47703 of 2019/24369 of 2020 respectively.

4. No fresh ground is made out for reconsideration of the regular bail application of the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, this application stands rejected.

6. The learned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial within three months, which is mentioned in its status report, failing which, the petitioner will be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail.
