The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 448, 341, 323, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and 3(i) of the S.C./S.T.(Prevention of Atrocities) Act. Accusation is of making assault and abusing by calling caste name.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the informant has retracted from the initial version and filed a petition to that effect before learned court

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Cheria Bariyarpur P.S.
