The petitioner seeks bail in Excise case no. 423 of 2019 arising out of Ramgarh P. S. Case No. 146 of 2019 ,instituted for the offence under Sections 420, 467, 468/34 of the I.P.C. and Sections 30(a)/ 56(i)(ii) of Bihar Excise (Prohibition) Amendment Act .

It is submitted that there is no recovery of any illicit liquor from possession of this petitioner.

It is alleged that total 1611 bottles foreign liquor has been recovered from a pick up van. Police apprehended one of the person, namely Amrit Kumar who disclosed the name of this petitioner.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48917 of 2019(2) dt.13-08-2019 2/2 Petitioner is in custody since 25.6.2019.

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, Excise Act, Kaimur at Bhabua/ ADJ-IV cum Spl. Judge Excise Act, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Excise case no. 423 of 2019 arising out of Ramgarh P. S. Case No. 146 of 2019 subject to the condition that both the shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
