Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Belsand P.S. Case No. 81 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The injury caused on the injured is said to be caused by hard and blunt substance whereas the allegation in the First Information Report is that the injured was assaulted by the petitioner by the edge of the Farsa.

Considering the facts and circumstances, the present

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10703 of 2021(3) dt.03-03-2022 2/2 anticipatory bail application is allowed.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail, in the even of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Belsand P.S. Case No. 81 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 43892) of the Cr.P.C.
