The petitioners pray for bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 420, 379, 120(b), 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, on the disclosure made by petitioner no. 2, the looted money i.e. Rs. 56,000/- has been recovered from the house of sister of petitioner no. 1. It is submitted on behalf of petitioners that petitioners are in custody since 02.09.2021 and chargesheet has already been submitted.

Considering the period of custody, the bail petition of petitioners is allowed. Let the above named petitioners be
