The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Town P.S. Case No.160 of 2019 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case only because the petitioner is the father of co-accused Khooshboo Kumari and samdhi of the informant. No specific overt act is attributed to this petitioner. The petitioner has no concern with the alleged transaction. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56019 of 2022(3) dt.21-02-2023 2/2 of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Town P.S. Case No.160 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
