The petitioner is in custody since 28.6.2013 in Khodawanpur P.S. Case No.120/12 for the offence under Section 414 of I.P.C.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is languishing in jail custody for more than 1 and 1⁄2 year and that he undertakes to cooperate in trial. It is further submitted that neither the petitioner was arrested by the police at the spot nor the motorcycle was recovered from his conscious possession. Considering the aforesaid submissions and also the fact that the petitioner has been in custody since 28.6.2013, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to
