At the very outset, it is agreed at the Bar that the order of the Court dated 15.11.2016 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 12261 of 2016, stands complied with by passing of final order by the opposite party no. 2, in Misc. (Panchayat Election) Case No. 02 of 2016. In view thereof, the application having become infructuous, stands disposed off.

It goes without saying that any challenge to the
