The petitioner is accused in connection with Dinara (Bhanas) P.S. Case No. 302 of 2018 registered under Sections 448, 363, 366(A) and 511 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 POCSO Act.

The accusation is that in the evening of 13.08.2018, while the informant along with his wife was doing work out side the house, at that time, this petitioner entered in his house and tried to kidnapped his daughter, Priyanka Kumari, for the purpose to perform the marriage but on raising alarm, neighbourers reached there and caught hold the petitioner and the police had already been submitted the charge sheet on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.71431 of 2018(2) dt.07-12-2018 2/2 investigation against the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner and the informant are co-villagers and due to dirty village politics, petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 15.08.2018. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-I- Rohtas at Sasaram, in connection with Dinara (Bhanas) P.S. Case No. 302 of 2018. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner.
