for seeking initiation of contempt proceeding against O.P. No. 5 for willfully disobeying the specific direction of this Hon'ble issued vide order No. dated 12.02.2024 passed in C.W.J.C. 14798/2023 by this Court whereby O.P. No. 5 has been directed to act on the letter no. 1122 dated 30.12.2022 and pass a reasoned order within a period of three month from today. But the

Patna High Court MJC No.2539 of 2024(2) dt.18-07-2025 2/2 O.P. No. 5 has not pass any order till date.

3. Mr. Bhaskar Shankar, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter has become infructuous and as such, he may be permitted to withdraw the petition.
