JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 07-01-2020 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 463 of 2008 arising out of Sultanganj P.S. Case No. 150 of 2007, registered for offences punishable under Sections 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

This is a case of misused of privilege of bail for four years.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has already remained in custody for one year and ready to abide by any condition imposed on him for grant of bail. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, in view of the above facts, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000 (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
