2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Dumra P.S. Case No. 392 of 2022 for the offence under Sections 363, 365, 366A, 370, 370A, 372, 373, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4, 5, 6 of Immoral Trafficking Act, 1956 and Section 4, 6 of POCSO Act and Section 75, 79 of J.J. Act.

3. As per prosecution, police raided a house from which two minor girls and two customers were recovered with some objectionable articles.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 14.05.2023. He further submits that similarly situated coaccused has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court.

Considering the aforesaid facts and period of custody, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Addl. Sessions Judge-VI-cum-Special Judge (POCSO Act), Sitamarhi in connection with Dumra P.S. Case No. 392 of 2022.
