The petitioners being the grand father-in-law and cousin brother-in-law apprehends their arrest in connection with Sirdala (Meskaur) P.S. Case No. 90 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 379, 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners having nothing to do with conflicting issue, have been roped by the informant side.

Considering the peculiar nature of allegations made in the FIR, let the petitioner above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like
