2. The petitioners have moved the Court for grant of 2nd time bound promotion and A.C.P.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners drew the attention of the Court to order dated 08.09.2016 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 18715 of 2015 by which a co-ordinate Bench of this Court has directed the District Programme Officer, (Establishment) of the concerned district to take a decision expeditiously and within a period of four months from the date of production of a copy of this order. He submitted that the present writ petition be also disposed off in the same terms.

4. Learned counsel for the State does not object.

5. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off in similar terms to that of order dated 08.09.2016 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 18715 of 2015.

6. The District Programme Officer, Nalanda (respondent no. 8) is directed to take a decision with regard to grant of 2nd time bound promotion and A.C.P. to the petitioners expeditiously and latest within a period of four months from the date of production of copy of this order.
