Petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that petitioner got appointed as ANM on the basis of forged nursing certificate submitted by her.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner still claims that her certificate is not forged and has served several years with the full satisfaction of the authority concerned. Moreover the petitioner is lady and similarly situated accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 19080 of 2015. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37230 of 2015 (2) dt.14-09-2015 2/2 be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Siswan P.S. Case No. 03 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
