2. The writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:
"That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction commanding the respondents to pay the retrial dues viz. C.P.C. amounts, due salary of various months, Gratuity, Leave encashment etc. to the petitioner".
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn the attention of the Court to order dated 30.11.2017 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 11779 of 2016 in the case of Nag Narayan Singh vs. The Managing Director Multi State Co-operative Land Development Bank & Anr. It was submitted that the writ petition be disposed off in similar terms.
