Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to remove the defects, if any, within three weeks. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B), 120(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioners along with other accused persons are said to have killed the daughter of the informant. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have been falsely implicated in this case. He submits that the petitioner no. 1 is mother-in-law and petitioner no. 2 is father-in-law of the deceased. He submits

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.53080 of 2022(4) dt.13-03-2023 2/2 that there is no specific overt act against the petitioners. He further submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent as stated in para-3 of this application.

Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that the petitioners are also involved in the present case.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. Accordingly, their prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected in connection with Basantpur (Lakri Nabiganj) P.S. Case No. 265 of 2022.
