2. The petitioner has filed the instant application for modification of the order dated 28.02.2025 whereby while granting bail to the petitioner in connection with Rajoun P.S. Case No. 156 of 2024, the petitioner was directed to surrender in the Court below within a period of four weeks.
3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is a labour and he work in Delhi for earning his livelihood and the petitioner was not granted leave by the employer and due to that reason the petitioner could not surrender in the court below on time.

4. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner and the contents of the modification application, the court is inclined to allow the prayer of the petitioner.
5. The order dated 28.02.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. Case No.73212 of 2024 is modified and the time granted to the petitioner in the said order to surrender in the court below is extended by a further period of four weeks from today.
6. The remaining part of the order shall remain unchanged.
