The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 324, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. It is alleged that the petitioner and co-accused Satyam Kumar caught hold the informant when co-accused Mithun Yadav assaulted on the neck of the informant with 'farsa' (a sharp cutting weapon) and, thereafter, the petitioner resorted to fire causing injury on the back of the informant. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the injury report does not suggest fire arm injury. The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail.

No.35756 of 2015 (2) dt.07-09-2015 2/2 Let the learned Court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Bariarpur P.S. Case No.98 of 2015, pending before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger.

With the above observation, this application is, accordingly, disposed off.
