The petitioner seeks regular bail in Balia P.S. Case No. 209/2018, registered for the offences punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 25(1-b)A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.
It is alleged in the written report that one countrymade pistol loaded with two live cartridges was recovered from the possession of this petitioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that seizure list is the part of F.I.R. which does not bear signature of this petitioner. Other co-accused has been granted bail by this court vide order dated 04.12.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 71076/2018. He is in custody since 28.07.2018.
