The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Harlakhi P.S. Case No. 83/2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

In view of the fact that the petitioner is similarly situated with Madhu Sah who has been granted anticipatory bail in Cr. Misc. No. 14867 of 2020, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed.

Accordingly, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63973 of 2021(2) dt.17-12-2021 2/2 furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge cum Special Judge, Excise Act, Madhubani, in connection with Harlakhi P.S.
