Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Muffasil (Motihari) P.S. Case No. 261 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 363 and 366 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to previous enmity. There is contradictory statement of socalled victim girl which was recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. and in the F.I.R. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender
