Re.: Interlocutory Application No.452 of 2017 The application is for condonation of delay of 1 year, 8 months and 5 days in filing of the present Civil Review Application. For the reasons mentioned in the application, we find that
Patna High Court C. REV. No.11 of 2017 dt.14-02-2017 2/2 sufficient cause is made out for condonation of delay. Consequently, we condone the delay in filing of the present Civil Review Application.
Interlocutory Application stands allowed accordingly. Re.: Civil Review No.11 of 2017 The present Civil Review Application has been filed by the petitioner to seek review of the order passed by this Court on 17th April, 2015 in terms of the order passed in Civil Review No.150 of 2015 (Rohit Rice Mill v. The State of Bihar & Ors.) on 23rd August, 2016.
After hearing learned counsel for the parties, the present Civil Review Application stands disposed of in the same terms as in Rohit Rice Mill's case (supra).
