Petitioner seeks bail in Fulkaha P.S. Case No.93 of 2018 registered under Sections 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner and one Baua Paswan were going on motorcycle but Baua Paswan is said to have flee away. Petitioner was apprehended and the stolen motorcycle was recovered. Recovered motorcycle is said to be the stolen property of Araria P.S Case No.154 of 2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner took lift from Baua Paswan who was driving the motorcycle. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 24.05.2018. Petitioner has already remained in jail for more than six months.

Considering the nature of allegations made against the

No.71961 of 2018(2) dt.10-12-2018 2/2 petitioner and the fact that the petitioner is in jail for more than six months, petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Araria in connection with Fulkaha P.S. Case No.93 of 2018.
