2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 319(2), 318(4), 336(3), 336(4), 356(2), 356(4), 61(2), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
3. As per F.I.R., this petitioner is involved in the business of selling duplicate rice under the White Tiger trademark.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Petitioner
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.55367 of 2025(5) dt.02-12-2025 2/2 is not named in the F.I.R. and his name transpired during course of investigation only on suspicion because one cart loaded with 20 rice bags with White Tiger trademark was found parked in front of the shop of petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State as well as learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposed the bail application.

Considering the backdrop of the case, nature of accusation and clean antecedent, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bailbond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Town P. S. Case No. 719 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Navya/- U T
