The petitioner is in custody in connection with Narari Kala Khurd P.S. Case No. 19 of 2019 for the offenses under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
The allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner is driver of the truck and he made an attempt to steal the truck.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The petitioner is in custody since 4.7.2019. The petitioner is only driver of the truck and he has never intended to steal the truck. Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above
