This application for regular bail arises out of Sasaram Rail P.S. Case No. 24 of 2021, disclosing offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 392, 411, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegedly, two unknown miscreants snatched the informant's golden locket in the wee hours.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the locket has subsequently been recovered from the possession of co-accused Mangal Pandey, on whose confessional statement the petitioner has been made accused. Said Mangal Pandey has been allowed regular bail by this Court by an order dated

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63836 of 2021(2) dt.07-04-2022 2/2 31.03.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 54851 of 2021. Considering the circumstance that the person from whose possession the snatched locket has been recovered has been allowed regular bail by this Court, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only), with two sureties of the like amount, each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Railway Magistrate, Gaya in Sasaram Rail P.S. Case No. 24 of 2021.
