The petitioner is languishing in custody since 29.09.2013 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 377 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of committing unnatural offence with 12 years old son of the informant. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the medical opinion does not suggest the commission of the offence.

A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above

No.23764 of 2014 (03) dt.15-01-2015 2/2 named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Daudnagar, Aurangabad in connection with Obra P.S. Case No. 137 of 2014.
