2. The present petition has been filed for modification of the order dated 24.07.2015 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 27564 of 2015.

3. It is stated that through sheer inadvertence in the prayer portion of the bail petition, the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur was erroneously typed as satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur leading to corresponding mistake in the aforesaid order dated 24.07.2015.

4. In the above view of the matter, para-2 of the order dated 24.07.2015 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 27564 of 2015 shall be treated as corrected to read " satisfaction of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36237 of 2015 (2) dt.19-08-2015 learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur" in place of the words " satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur".

5. Considering the above and as prayed, the time for surrender and furnishing bail bonds granted in terms of order dated 24.07.2015 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 27564 of 2015 is hereby extended by four weeks from today.

6. Criminal Miscellaneous No. 36237 of 2015 stands allowed.
