The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 189 of 2019 registered under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code and later on, section 414 of Indian Penal Code was added.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Only on the confessional statement of co-accused, petitioner has been made accused in the instant case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Further he submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Case No. 189 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
