The petitioners claim to be lecturers working in Ishwar Dayal Bhagwat Prasad Singh College, Garh Nokha, in the district of Rohtas, which according to the petitioners is affiliated to the privileges of Veer Kunwar Singh University, Ara (hereinafter referred to as the 'University'). For the purpose of verification of appointments of lecturers in the said college, a Selection Committee has been constituted by the University before whom the matters relating to appointment of individual teachers are to be placed by the College, which is a private College, maintained by its governing body. The grievance of the petitioners is that the College has not forwarded their documents, despite their appointments being valid and in accordance with law, made by the governing body.

3. It has further been stated that the petitioners have filed a representation before the Vice-Chancellor of the University, making a request for consideration of their cases also, which, according to them, is being arbitrarily denied.

So far as grievance of the petitioners that their employer is not sending the required documents for the purpose of verification before the Selection Committee is concerned, I am of the view that the said dispute is between the two private parties, which cannot be adjudicated in the present writ proceeding. However, since the verification has to be done under the Act and by a Selection Committee, constituted by the University, and that the petitioners have filed a representation before the ViceChancellor of the University, on 10.03.2017, in this regard, this application is disposed of with an observation that the ViceChancellor of the University shall look into the said representation, dated 10.03.2017, and consider the grievance raised by the petitioners in the present application expeditiously, so that their claims do not stand prejudiced because of any delay caused.

5. This application stands disposed of.
