JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 06-03-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "That this is an application for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the order dated 06.02.2021 passed by the learned District Magistrate, Buxar in Case No. 165/2019 whereby and whereunder the claim of petitioner for appointment on the post of Aanganbari Sevika in Aanganbari Centre No.72

Patna High Court CWJC No.18691 of 2021(2) dt.06-03-2024 2/3 situated in ward No.12 of Grampanchayat Chaugai under Block- Chaugai-Kesath in District - Buxar has illegally been rejected confirming the order dated 24.01.2019 passed by the District Programme officer, I.C.D.S., Buxar in Case No. 16/2017 without considering the material available on the record of the case, with a prayer to quash the aforesaid order dated 06.02.2021 passed by the District Magistrate, Buxar in Case No. 165/2019 as well as order dated 24.01.2019 passed by the District Programme officer I.C.D.S.

Buxar in Case No. 16/2017 and further directing the respondents to appoint the petitioner on the post of Anganbari Sevika at Anganbari Centre No. 72 situated under Grampanchayat Chaugai, Block District - Buxar. Chaugai-Kesath,"

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, including that of filing a civil suit before the learned civil court of competent jurisdiction.
