ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 21-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State assisted by the learned counsel for the BSFC.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in Madhubani (Town) P.S.Case No.30 of 2014 for the offence under Sections 406,409 and 420 of the I.P.C.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has cleared the entire dues as alleged in the F.I.R. after the filing of the present case. Learned counsel for the petitioner also points out to Annexure-7 of the petition that on his having cleared the said dues the petitioner was issued 'No dues certificate' also.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36812 of 2015 (2) dt.21-08-2015 2/2 Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within three weeks from today be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Madhubani, in Madhubani (Town) P.S. case No.30 of 2014 (G.R. No.210/14) subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C.
