02-01-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel representing the State.
Earlier vide order dated 13.02.2018 the prayer for anticipatory bail of this petitioner was rejected in Cr. Misc. No. 4532/2018.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this application has been filed again to demonstrate that this petitioner was one of the injured in the alleged occurrence and he was himself admitted in hospital because of the injury suffered by him.
In the opinion of this court petitioner is unable to demonstrate any change of circumstance whereunder the successive anticipatory bail could be admitted. This court had taken note of the fact that there is a specific allegation against this petitioner for causing injury on the head of the informant
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.72409 of 2018(2) dt.02-01-2019 2/2 and for that reason the court was not inclined to grant anticipatory bail.
In the opinion of this court, petitioner is unable to demonstrate any change of circumstance and as such this court declines to entertain this anticipatory bail application. It is dismissed, accordingly.
