Verma, learned Senior Counsel, who was assisted by Sri Anuj Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, in presence of Sri Surendra Kumar, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor, makes a prayer for disposal of the present petition, so that the petitioner may appear before the court below and make a prayer for regular bail. It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that brother of the petitioner, who was arrayed as accused proprietor and licencee, and one another accused have already been granted regular bail.

The prayer is allowed.

The petition stands disposed of with an indication that if within six weeks from today, the petitioner appears before

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33151 of 2016 (4) dt.16-11-2016 2/2 the court below and makes a prayer for regular bail, the learned court below without being prejudiced with this order may examine the same and pass appropriate order in accordance with law preferably on the same day.
