The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Patliputra P.S. Case No. 457 of 2018, registered under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Accusation is that in course of examination of GroupD post in the railway department, the petitioner was found at the examination centre having the Admit Card in the name of Ashutosh Kumar.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been apprehended in this case due to misunderstanding. Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 01.10.2018.

No.71346 of 2018(2) dt.04-12-2018 2/2 Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-Judge-XII, Patna in connection with Patliputra P.S. Case No. 457 of 2018, subject to the condition that one of the surety must be parent/close relative of the petitioner.
