The present writ application has been filed seeking quashing of the entire proceeding of Sessions Trial No. 175 of 2014 arising out of Runnisaidpur P.S. Case No. 213 of 2013

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59134 of 2019 dt.19-02-2020 2/2 registered under sections 366/366A of the Indian Penal Code, which has been transferred to the Special Court for conducting the trial of the case under section 4 of the POCSO Act. Learned counsel for the State placed a copy of the order dated 11.01.2018 passed in Cr. W.J.C. No. 1156 of 2016. Perusal of the said order shows that earlier, the petitioner approached this Court for the same relief and disposed of with certain observations. It is the second attempt of the petitioner for the relief, which has already been sought for in Cr. W.J.C. No. 1156 of 2016.

The plea of the State has not been responded by the petitioner (in person).

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the State, this application is dismissed.
