BAJANTHRI ORAL ORDER 09-12-2022 The matter is heard through video conferencing. In the instant petition petitioner has sought for regular bail under Section 439 of the Indian Penal Code in connection with Bhagwanpur (Belaon) P.S. Case No. 68 of 2018, instituted for offences under Sections 302, 436/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner has already suffered an order before the Additional Sessions Judge X, Kaimur at Bhabhua on 11.07.2022/ 12.07.2022.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that there were certain land dispute among the petitioner and the informant vide Title Suit No. 425 of 2017. Therefore, petitioner has been falsely implicated in the alleged offences. The alleged
