JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-02-2015 This is an application for bail in a case of misuse. The petitioner was granted bail in a case registered under Sections 302/34 of the I.P.C and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The bail bonds of the petitioner were cancelled on 10.08.2010. Now the petitioner is in custody since 02.04.2014.

Considering the period under custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 2nd Adhoc Additional Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur in connection with Sessions Trial No. 401 of 1994 arising out of Brahmpura P.S. Case No. 6 of 1992.

Let learned Court below cancel the bail bonds
