JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 18-07-2025 The learned counsel for the opposite parties submits that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 13.09.2019, the Circle Officer, Purnea East, District-Purnea, has already passed the final order under Section 6(1) of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956 on 05.07.2024 in connection with Encroachment Case No. 46 of 2019-20 and the

Patna High Court MJC No.1973 of 2021(3) dt.18-07-2025 2/2 necessary encroachment has also stood removed, however, the same is disputed by the learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner and he seeks liberty to challenge the said order dated 05.07.2024, by taking recourse to the due process of law. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
