The petitioners being the mother and brother of the husband of the victim are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is of killing the sister of the informant after 10 years of marriage. The post-mortem reflects the death caused by asphyxia due to strangulation.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the accusation is omnibus and general against the entire inlaws family and the husband of the victim is in custody. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named
Patna High Court Cr.Misc.
