2. The writ application has been filed challenging the order of suspension said to have been issued against the petitioner on 22-01-2016, as contained in Annexure-1 to the writ petition.

3. It is admitted that, in the meantime, the petitioner has already been visited with an order of punishment of

Patna High Court CWJC No.18827 of 2021(2) dt.01-09-2023 2/2 withholding of 5% of his pensionary benefits vide office order dated 21-06-2023, passed by Chief Engineer, Rural Works Department, Bihar Government.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has handed over a copy of the office order dated 21-06-2023, passed by Chief Engineer, Rural Works Department, Bihar Government. Let the same be kept on record. Petitioner would be at liberty to avail remedy against the order dated 21-06-2023.

5. With liberty, as aforesaid, the writ petition is dismissed.
