Petitioner seeks bail in Bihpur P.S. Case No.354 of 2018 registered under Sections 30(a)/38(i) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

According to the allegations made by the informant who is a police official, 84 liters of Indian made foreign liquor of different brands is said to have been recovered from the poultry form of the petitioner and for that the petitioner is in jail since 04.09.2018. Petitioner has already remained in jail for more than three months. Considering the facts aforesaid, petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge-cumSpecial Judge (Excise Act), Bhagalpur in connection with Bihpur P.S. Case No.354 of 2018.
