Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that in the background of land dispute with regard to cutting of the bamboo the accused persons including the petitioners assaulted the informant. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that injury report reflects 13 injuries, though all have been found to be simple in nature. There is counter version of the occurrence.

The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail of the petitioners, if the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36338 of 2015 (2) dt.08-09-2015 petitioners surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Alauli P.S. Case No. 82 of 2015, pending in the court of learned Sri T.K. Jha, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Khagaria. With this observation this application is disposed of.
