The petitioner seeks regular bail in Kishanganj P.S. Case No. 329/2018, instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a and 26 of the Arms Act.

There is no recovery of any fire-arm from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner was arrested by the police with respect to Purnea Sadar P.S. Case No. 196/2018. It is alleged that on disclosure made by the petitioner, the police recovered hidden arms used in the aforesaid incident from the Mango orchard of Md. Saifullah. He is in custody since 12.05.2018.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.68148 of 2018(2) dt.27-11-2018 2/2 prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj in connection with Kishanganj P.S.
