The Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable u/s 341, 323, 324, 307, 504 and 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and coaccused persons assaulted the informant and his friend with knife, causing cut injury on the back, wrist of the right hand of the informant and his friend sustained injury on his head, wrist and left elbow.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. The

There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. The injured Amit Kumar sustained three injuries which are simple in nature. It is further submitted that the injury no. 2 of the informant is on non-vital part of the body. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner by submitting that the informant sustained three injuries caused by sharp edged weapon out of which injury No. 2. is grievous in nature.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court concerned, Saran at Chapra in connection with Awtar Nagar P.S. Case No. 90 of 2022, subject to conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
The application stands allowed.
