ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 26-09-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant as well as learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.
Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Govindpur P.S. Case No. 30 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the allegations are general and omnibus in nature and injuries have been found on the injured to be simple.
Considering the nature of allegations made, the injury

No.32696 of 2016 (2) dt.26-09-2016 2/2 report and also the fact that these petitioners are having clean antecedent, let the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Govindpur P.S. Case No. 30 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Anjana Mishra, J.) ravi/- U T
