Report dated 13.9.2019of the Additional Sessions Judge II, Saran at Chapra contained in Memo no. 173, called for by this Court, reveals that the trial is likely to be concluded within six months.

In view of nature of the allegation against the petitioner as well as the report of the trial court, prayer for bail of the petitioner in is rejected.
