The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Meenapur P.S. Case No.274 of 2023 registered for the offence under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

As per the prosecution case, Rs.9,00,000/- was looted from the Gramin Bank by unknown criminals. 4.

The petitioner has been identified in the CCTV footage and his name has come in the self-inculpatory statement of co-accused. The petitioner has four criminal antecedents.

Considering the aforesaid facts, I am not
